The learning objectives will be:

 

 1.       Gain awareness of unique basic science resources available on a fee-for-service basis in the Whole Brain Microscopy Facility, including high throughout slide scanning, 3D microscopy of rodent brain or spinal cord, and automated atlas registration and quantification.

 

2.       Gain awareness of unique basic science resources available on a fee-for-service basis in the Neuro-models Facility, including rodent stereotactic surgery, sensorimotor behavioral testing and EEG recording.

 

3.       Understand the application of these resources to assess remodeling of the axonal and synaptic projectome in the whole mouse brain and cervical spinal cord following motor cortex stroke.
