Purpose and Content:  A framework for translating compassion into measurable, sustainable impact in global health.

Educational Objectives: 

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

a.          Participants  will  be  able  to  identify  the  difference  between  well-intentioned  humanitarian  actions and evidence-based, sustainable interventions that genuinely improve outcomes. 

b.          Participants  will  learn  the  foundational  principles  of  ethical service — partnership with local  leadership, cultural humility, respect for dignity, and avoidance of dependency. 

c.          Participants will be able to outline a simple framework for planning, monitoring, and evaluating  a humanitarian project that produces sustainable, locally owned results.
