1. Understand how HIV care and medications are funded for patients without insurance in Dallas and surrounding counties
  2. Be familiar with basic eligibility criteria and coverages included in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, AIDS Drug Assistance Program, and Parkland Financial Assistance
  3. To be able to point patients with HIV to the correct office or personnel depending on the services they need
