Carl Noe is a clinical pain management physician and Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He serves as the medical director of the Eugene McDermott Center for Pain Management and the Medical Director of the interdisciplinary pain management program. He also serves as the director of the pain management division in the Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
