Lilinete Polsunas, Lilinete Polsunas, MD
Lilinete Polsunas, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine, Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology, at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. She is board certified in Pediatrics, General Anesthesiology, and Pediatric Anesthesiology. Dr. Polsunas completed a combined Pediatrics and Anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by fellowships in Pediatric Anesthesiology and Pediatric Regional Anesthesiology at Stanford. Her academic interests include pediatric regional anesthesia, perioperative communication, health equity, and quality improvement. She has presented nationally through the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia and is involved in projects focused on pediatric nerve block follow-up, bilingual patient communication, and regional anesthesia outcomes in pediatric transplant patients.
