Mehari Gebreyohanns, MD. FAHA, FAAN. Associate Professor of Neurology
Mehari Gebreyohanns, MD, FAHA, FAAN is faculty and an Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Texas Southwestern O’Donnell Brain Institute. He is a vascular neurologist in a setting of a comprehensive stroke center. He has special interest in Global Health and Health Disparities and his activities includes global outreach initiatives to improve access to stroke and neurological care in Sub-Saharan Africa while working on initiatives to address health disparities in neurology in the US. He is a member of the African Stroke Organization Conference committee and the current chair of the conference.
