Amisha Ahuja, MD, MA

Amisha Ahuja is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Division of Digestive Disease. She specializes in gastroenterology, particularly disorders of gut-brain interaction. She earned her medical degree at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. She completed an internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and received advanced training through a gastroenterology fellowship at Temple University Hospital. She holds a master’s degree in urban bioethics from Temple University, where she also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor.
