Amy Jones, M.D.
Dr. Jones in an assistant professor in the division of hematology/oncology. A native Texan, she graduated from Duke University and received her medical degree from UT Southwestern. She did her internal medicine training at Duke and then returned to Texas to complete her fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she served as chief fellow for quality improvement and education. She sees patients with GI malignancies, sarcoma, and skin cancers at Parkland, serves as the Medical Director for the PHHS hematology-oncology inpatient unit, and is active in quality improvement within the oncology department at Parkland.
