Alex Tessnow, MD, MBA
Dr. Alex Tessnow is a UTSW Medical School alumnus and is currently an Associate Professor in the Division of Endocrinology. His clinical and research interests are focused on thyroid disorders including thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer. He has served as President of the Texas Chapter of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and is an active member of the American Thyroid Association.
His teaching roles at UT Southwestern include serving as a mentor in the Academic Colleges and teaching neck ultrasound and thyroid fine needle aspiration to endocrinology fellows.
