Biography: Ramesh K. Batra, MBBS, MA (Bioethics), FRCS, FACS
I am an associate professor of surgery at Yale School of Medicine and the director of living donor liver transplantation at Yale New Haven Transplant with special interest in Artificial Intelligence modelling in organ transplantation. I am also an Ethicist with special focus in balancing ethical dilemmas in transplantation with clinical utility. I am also the Professor of Applied Ethics, Dolan School of Business, Fairfield University, wherein I conduct the “ethics of healthcare” undergraduate course.
