Brenton Hall is a board-certified clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases. He is positioned in the Infectious Diseases/Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) Clinic where he works under a collaborative practice agreement to manage patients’ ambulatory antimicrobial therapy and chronic disease states, receives consults from providers on antimicrobial therapy plans, and rounds with the Infectious Diseases Bone and Joint Consult Team to ensure safe and effective transitions of care for this patient population. He serves a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents in the PGY1, PGY2 Infectious Diseases, and PGY2 Ambulatory Care programs. His areas of interest are OPAT, CoPAT, Gram-negative resistance, and care of persons living with HIV.
