Caitlin Adams, MD, FAPA

Dr. Caitlin Adams is a consultation liaison trained psychiatrist. She completed residency in Adult Psychiatry at Indiana University in Indianapolis. She then completed a fellowship at Mass General Hospital where she also worked within the FND Unit at MGH. Following graduation, she worked as an inpatient attending psychiatrist with additional roles in the cardiac psychiatry research group and on the consult service. In 2018 she returned to the Midwest to direct a consult service at the county hospital, Eskenazi Hospital. In 2020, Dr. Adams returned to the east coast where she served as medical director of a 30-bed inpatient psychiatry unit and rejoined the FND Unit at MGH. In 2022 she returned to Mass General where she now works in the psychiatric emergency room, in the division of psycho-oncology as well as creating an embedded psychiatry clinic within he department of neurology.
