Dr. Adel Cunningham, DNP, RN, HACP-CMS, CLSSGB, is a dedicated nurse scientist with extensive quality, regulatory affairs, and patient safety leadership experience. She is passionate about advancing healthcare delivery by integrating evidence-based practices (EBP), research, and quality improvement (QI) initiatives. She focuses on improving healthcare outcomes through evidence-based strategies, innovative research, and collaborative leadership. Her combined diverse clinical experiences, passion for education, and mentorship roles, as well as faculty, create a learning environment that fosters professional and academic growth. Her research interests include improving patient safety, advancing quality improvement, evidence-based practice initiatives, and nursing education across diverse healthcare settings. She is committed to translating findings into real-world practice to enhance care delivery and outcomes. She investigates strategies to enhance clinical outcomes, reduce adverse events, and optimize care delivery.
