Jaehyuk Choi, MD PhD

Jaehyuk Choi MD PhD is a physician scientist who studies the pathophysiology of skin diseases and cancers with the goal of identifying novel therapeutic opportunities. In particular, his NIH-funded laboratory has been focused on identifying the molecular aberrations in immune cells that lead to autoimmunity and/or cancer. His work has been published in Nature, Nature Cancer, and other broadly read journals. He has been recognized with a number of awards including the Mark Foundation Emerging Leader Award, the NIH New Innovator Award, the AAD Young Investigator Award, amongst many others.
