The purpose of this presentation is to explore the utility of glycemic control in the specific clinical context of diabetic foot ulcers and steroid-induced hyperglycemia during chemotherapy. This presentation briefly outlines the current available evidence in the care of patients with these conditions and the possible benefit of glycemic control.
