The healthcare landscape is changing rapidly.  Partnerships are an important component to leverage resources but are often accompanied by challenges.  Successful mergers require flexibility, patience and leadership. 

Target Audience

UT Southwestern faculty, fellows, residents and medical students, community physicians, nurse clinicians, physician assistants and nurses.
