Hilary Trevino, RN, FNP-BC
Hilary Trevino was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from Booker T Washington HS for the Performing and Visual Arts. She completed her BA in English at Southern Methodist University and taught English for middle school for several years. She went back to school and attended RN school at El Centro college where she graduated with an ADN in nursing in 2003. She then completed her RN to MSN program at the University of Texas at Arlington and begin her career as a Nurse Practitioner at UTSW in 2013 with the Inpatient Diabetes Consult service. In 2017 she moved to the clinic side and began working with Dr. Almandoz in the Weight Wellness clinic seeing General Endocrine and Weight loss patients. Helping patients achieve their weight loss goals thorough finding better nutrition and a more active lifestyle are her passions. She also has an interest in eating disorders and how they can affect mood, weight and eating behaviors.
