    1. Emily Bufkin is Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and a proud primary care physician who has the privilege of serving as the program director for UTSW's combined Med-Peds residency program. Her academic work focuses on disability health equity and healthcare transition from pediatric to adult models of care.
