Cecilia Herbozo, MD
Dr. Cecilia Herbozo graduated from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. She completed her pediatric residency at Hospital Universitario Príncipe de Asturias and Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón in Spain. She pursued further specialization through a fellowship in Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine at the University of Toronto. She earned her PhD degree by Universidad Autonoma de Madrid in 2015.
In 2012, she returned to Peru, joining the NICU team at Hospital Cayetano Heredia and contributing as a professor at her alma mater. Currently, she serves as an associate professor at the School of Medicine of Cayetano Heredia and is pursuing a master's degree in public health at Johns Hopkins University.
