Samantha Bhatt, MBA, MHSM is currently the Program Coordinator for the High Reliability Team at the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Medical Center. She currently coordinates the pioneering program of in-situ simulation training for Health System Affairs at UTSW. Samantha is passionate about process improvement and quality and wrote her thesis about multi-disciplinary team training in healthcare. Samantha holds both her Master’s in Business Administration and Masters in Health Systems Management from Texas Woman’s University and a BA in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. Samantha is a member of the American Society of Quality and is working towards her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
