Ambereen Khan, M.D.
Ambereen Khan, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Community Radiology Division.
Dr. Khan earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, and earned her medical degree at UT Southwestern. She completed her residency in radiology at Detroit Medical Center, and received advanced training in abdominal imaging through a fellowship at UT Southwestern.
Dr. Khan's interest in women's imaging has led her to publish on topics including chronic pelvic pain, placenta accrete spectrum, and HELLP.
Dr. Khan is a member of multiple national and international professional organizations, including the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the Society of Abdominal Radiology, and the Society of Computed Body Tomography & Magnetic Resonance.
