Elena Stoffel, MD MPH
Dr. Stoffel is Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and Director of the Cancer Genetics Clinic at the University of Michigan. She earned her MD at Harvard Medical School, her Master’s in Public Health at the Harvard School of Public Health, and completed her training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Dr. Stoffel’s clinical and research interests encompass early detection and prevention of gastrointestinal cancers, as well as diagnosis and management of individuals with genetic predisposition. Dr. Stoffel serves on the ASCO Committee for Cancer Genetics and is a past President of the Collaborative Group of the Americas on Inherited Colorectal Cancer (CGA-ICC).
