Jacqueline Mersch, MS, CGC
Jacqueline Mersch joined the UT Southwestern Medical Center Cancer Genetics program in 2014 after completing her Masters of Science in Genetic Counseling at University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in Houston, Texas. Prior to her career as a genetic counselor, she worked in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell preservation.
In addition to supervising the UT Southwestern Cancer Genetics Program in Fort Worth, Jackie sees patients at risk for hereditary cancer syndromes at Moncrief Cancer Institute, John Peter Smith Hospital, and the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. Jackie’s current research interests include the clinical impact of variant reclassification and psychosocial screening for genetic counseling patients.
