Ashley Holroyd, BIE, M. Ed.
Ashley Holroyd is an industrial engineering graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA with a Masters degree in Organizational Training & Development from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. She spent 8 years in construction and manufacturing working for companies like Bechtel and Kendall Healthcare and then began a career in Healthcare with Duke University. She currently works for UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas , TX as the Associate Vice President, Quality Opertions In this role, she has the responsibility to coordinate activities associated with performance strategy, measurement, management, and improvement, as well as patient experience and value-based programs.
She has also served on the national Board for 12 years as an Examiner, Senior Examiner, Team Lead, and now Master Examiner. In addition, she led the Baldrige effort at Duke University for 6 years resulting in 3 national site visits. Ashley is also a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) and is pursuing her doctorate in Leadership and Organizational change from Baylor University.
