Kim Huffman is Director of Patient Access Services for University Hospitals with 30 years of experience in all patient access functions from scheduling to patient check-in.  She is certified through the National Association of Healthcare Access Management and has led teams of revenue cycle and patient access professionals for Mercy Health System, Oklahoma City; Advocate Health and Alexian Brothers Health in Chicago;  Christus Health and Texas Health Resources in DFW.  Her passion is the development of people, processes and technology that drive reimbursement and provide exceptional patient experiences.
