Matthew Davenport, MD FSAR FSCBTMR
Dr. Davenport is an internationally recognized expert on the safety and efficacy of radiographic contrast material. He has served on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Medical Imaging Drugs Advisory Committee, the National Cancer Institute Clinical Imaging Steering Committee, and the American College of Radiology's Committee on Drugs on Contrast Media (current chair). He has numerous national responsibilities, is a co-author on national policy statements, has published approximately 150 manuscripts, is chair of the Michigan Radiology Quality Collaborative, and is a funded investigator. His primary clinical interests include prostate MRI, urologic imaging, hepatobiliary imaging, quality improvement, and image-guided procedures.
