Ethan Halm, MD, MPH, MBA
Ethan A. Halm, MD, MPH is a tenured Professor in the Departments of Internal Medicine and Population and Data Sciences at the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He is Chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM) and Chief of the Division of Outcomes and Health Services Research (HSR). He is a practicing internist and physician scientist.
Dr. Halm received his B.A. from Wesleyan University, M.D. from the Yale School of Medicine, and M.P.H. from Harvard University. Following his residency at the University of California, San Francisco, he completed a general internal medicine/HSR fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He also received a M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business.
