Hollie has been with Sante since 2012, in roles of Business Development Director, Assistant Business Development Director and Regional Marketing Coordinator. Previous to her tenure at Sante, she serve as The Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse's Director of Development with responsibility for marketing, public relations, special events, donor relations, grant writing and fundraising for The Council's numerous initiatives to reduce the incidence and impact of alcohol and other drugs. She was previously The Council's Community Prevention Program Director, primarily working with the community coalition ALOUD (the Alliance on Underage Drinking) with community assessment, capacity building and community development, strategic planning, program/policy/practices implementation, and outcome evaluation. Prior to her eight years at The Council, Hollie worked in management, community relations, marketing and administration in the for-profit world and the non-profit Preservation Dallas. Hollie graduated Summa Sum Laude from Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations.
