Dr. Cathi Murphey is the Director of the Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Laboratory at Southwest Immunodiagnostics, Inc in San Antonio Texas.  She has been involved in the field of Histocompatibility for more than 30 years.  She has published numerous papers and book chapters.  She serves as the current Chair of the UNOS Histocompatability Committee as well as serving on the UNOS Kidney Committee.  Cathi has been actively involved in ASHI and has served on the ASHI board and several ASHI committees.  She maintains the database and performs all match runs and arranges exchanges for the largest single center KPD program in the United States.
