Amber Buehner, MSN, FNP
My name is Amber Buehner, and I'm a neuromuscular nurse practitioner at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago. I am originally from Arkansas, and attended under grad at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. I obtained my bachelor of science degree in nursing, and moved to Chicago one year after graduating. I became a PICU nurse at Lurie Children's while working towards my master's degree. I graduated as a family nurse practitioner two years later. I recently began my journey as a neuromuscular nurse practitioner in August, 2018. I have been honored to be a part of such an exciting time in the world of neuromuscular medicine, and I look forward to caring for this special population for many years to come.
