Andrew Skalsky
Dr. Andrew Skalsky received his medical degree in 2003 at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. His internship and residency training was at the University of California (UC)-Davis in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He stayed at UC-Davis for a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine and pediatric rehabilitation. After serving on the faculty at UC-Davis, he went on to the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada where he founded the division of Rehabilitation Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics. He served as the director for several multi-disciplinary clinics at the Rehabilitation Centre for Children in Winnipeg. In 2010, he moved to San Diego, CA to serve as the division chief of pediatric rehabilitation medicine at Rady Children’s Hospital and the University of California San Diego. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, neuromuscular medicine, pediatric rehabilitation medicine and electrodiagnostic medicine.
