| Grand Rounds: Quality Improvement in Surgical Residency. 2014. Presentation led to QI initiatives in the residency program. Created teaching plans in conjunction with respective sub-specialty attending physicians and supervised junior residents as Chief Resident in 2013 for series of presentations on Surgery School program topics: Rectum, Exocrine Pancreas, and Transplant Surgery Two-series presentation on Skin cancers including anatomy and malignancies. 2012 Four-series presentation on “Anal for Surgery School” (2011) (preceptors: W. Carveth, MD & J Garry, MD., Colorectal Surgery) covering anatomy, benign and malignant diseases including surgical management.
