Jodi Jones, MD, FACEP
Jodi Jones, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She board certified in emergency medicine and joined the UT Southwester faculty in 2008.
Dr. Jones earned her medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in emergency medicine at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, part of Weill Cornell Medical College and received advanced training through an ultrasound fellowship at UT Southwestern.
Dr. Jones is the Section Chief of Emergency Medicine Point-of-Care Ultrasound, Fellowship Director of Emergency Medicine Point-of-Care Ultrasound, and Associate Director of Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Residency Education at UT Southwestern.
She is a member of the Dallas County Medical Society, where she serves on the wellness committee and the women in medicine committee.
Dr. Jones has published academic articles and delivered numerous international and national invited lectures.
