Dr. Bell graduated from Texas Christian University. He then completed medical school and an Orthopedic Surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He went on to complete fellowships at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Hand and Pediatric Upper Extremity Surgery, respectively. He is currently working at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX specializing in disorders of the pediatric upper extremity.
