Dr. Drew Bird is Professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Founder and Director of the Food Allergy Center at Children’s Health. His work focuses on immunotherapy, biologics, and disease-modifying strategies for food allergy. He has led numerous landmark clinical trials and authored more than 115 peer-reviewed publications.
