Hollie Higgins, Director of Communications & Strategic Development
A Santé team member since 2012, Hollie has held the positions of Regional Marketing Coordinator, Assistant Business Development Director and most recently Business Development Director, proving her commitment to providing a cohesive brand experience of excellence.
Now as the Director of Communications & Strategic Development, Hollie spearheads the direction, development, implementation and evaluation of integrated, internal and external company communications and strategies. She’ll continue to oversee the entirety of Santé’s Marketing Team across a broad range of communication disciplines and strategies - advertising, marketing, public relations, corporate citizenship and Alumni services - while supervising the Business Development Director’s work with a team supporting referral partners.
Previous to her tenure at Santé, Hollie served as The Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse’s Director of Development with responsibility for marketing, public relations, special events, donor relations, grant writing and fundraising for The Council’s numerous initiatives to reduce the incidence and impact of alcohol and other drugs. She was previously The Council’s Community Prevention Program Director, primarily working with the community coalition ALOUD (the Alliance on Underage Drinking) to implement environmental (population-wide) strategies to reduce underage drinking. Prior to her eight years at The Council, Hollie worked in management, community relations, marketing and administration for Terry Costa and the non-profit Preservation Dallas. Hollie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations.
