Ryan Holliman, PhD, LPC-S

Ryan Holliman PhD is an assistant professor in the counseling department at Tarleton State University. His current reserach includes humanistic approaches to counseling, clinical training and supervision, and the application of child-centered play therapy to improve academic achievement in elementary school children. Dr. holliman has had a wide and varied clinical career working at campus mental health clinics, non-profit agencies, and large group practices. He is trained in play therapy, EMDR, the Gottman method of couples counseling, and he has extensive training in administering standardized tests for diagnosis and educational assessment.
