Mohammad Hadavand, B.S.
My name is Mohammad Amin Hadavand (I go by my middle name Amin) and I am currently a third year medical student at the University of Maryland interested in Urology. Prior to medical school I completed a two year research fellowship at the NIH which opened my eyes to the world of research and provided an in-depth experience on implementing hypothesis based projects. I have continued to do research throughout medical school with our Urology department and my interests include novel imaging techniques for prostate cancer and male reproduction and infertility. Outside of school I'm an avid mountain biker, hiker, soccer player, and all around adventurer. I love the outdoors and if I'm not spending time with my family, I'm most likely out on the trails.
