Jacqueline Chavez, B.S.
Jacqueline Chavez grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee and received her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. Between her first and second year of medical school at UT Southwestern, she participated in the Medical Students Training in Aging Research (MSTAR) Program, funded by the National Institute on Aging. She has completed several research projects through the Department of Urology, Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery, and had the opportunity to present this research at the American Geriatrics Society Annual Meeting and at the Society of Urodynamics, Female Urology Winter Meetings. She has also worked as a tutor for the first-year Human Structures course. In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys running, cooking, and traveling.
