Ryuya Hashimoto
I received an M.D and Ph.D. from Toho University School of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan. My research focuses on ocular circulation using the laser speckle method. I currently investigate the mechanism of ocular autoregulation, neurovascular coupling, and the relationship between ocular hemodynamics and heart failure with Dr.Randy Kardon and wonderful research members. My goal is to translate scientific discoveries to patient therapies as a retina specialist and clinician-scientist.
