Joseph graduated from the University of Arkansas with his Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He immediately joined Salience TMS Neuro Solutions in May of 2014 managing the TMS treatment team.  He now oversees the Clinical teams across our 12 sites as Director of Operations for a staff of 55+. Providing services ranging from TMS Therapy, qEEG, Neurofeedback,  and Group Therapy. Working with Dr. Donachie, Joseph assists in the clinical training and development of our TMS Therapy Directors and works closely with our Clinical Advisory Board to research, build, and enhance all clinical protocols.
