Tammy Webb, RN, MSN, NE-BC
<p class="paragraph"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tammy Webb, MSN, RN, NE-BC, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Children’s Health. Tammy is responsible for leading the nursing strategy and driving clinical excellence for all patient care services, while fostering a culture of patient- and family-centered care and advancing the Children’s Health vision for nursing excellence.</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> She also provides strategic, operational and thought leadership for the Quality Programs across the Children's Health hospitals. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at achieving high reliability, providing consistent high-quality care, eliminating preventable harm, and advancing the overall patient safety and performance improvement culture.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </span></span></span></p><p class="paragraph"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tammy has extensive experience in professional nursing excellence and patient care quality and safety. She has published numerous articles in prominent nursing journals and conducted significant research on the role of pediatric nursing. </span></span> </span></span></span></p><p class="paragraph"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Before joining Children’s Health in 2019, Tammy spent 27 years building a dynamic career in nursing excellence at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She began her career in 1992 as a registered nurse and advanced to roles of increasing responsibility with the most recent serving as Vice President of Patient Care Services. </span></span> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </span></span></span></p><p class="paragraph"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tammy is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Leaders and is</span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">nurse executive board certified. In addition, she has served as a leader on committees for American Heart Association, Children’s Hospital Solutions for Patient Safety and </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Sigma Theta Tau International. </span></span></span></span></span></p><p class="paragraph"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tammy earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Excelsior College in New York and is currently pursuing her PhD in Nursing at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. </span></span> </span></span></span></p><p> </p>
