Dr. Corwin attended Wake Forest University where he earned a BA in History while simultaneously completing pre-med requirements.  He then attended and graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School and completed two years of General Surgery and four years of Urology residency through the UTSW Urology residency program.  Following graduation in 2002 he moved to Everett, Washington where he was in private practice until returning to UTSW in 2020.

His clinical interests are in stone disease and BPH.

Outside of Urology he is an avid musician and enjoys playing and recording music with his wife and children.  He can also occasionally be found hitting golf balls at the driving range.
