KEVIN FRANKLIN GRAY, M.D.
Dr. Kevin Gray is presently the Director of the Geriatric Neuropsychiatry Clinic at the Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System in Dallas, Texas, and is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Neurology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. A native Dallasite, Dr. Gray earned Phi Beta Kappa honors at Indiana University, and was elected Class President while at Southwestern Medical School. Following an internship at Vanderbilt Hospital and a psychiatric residency at the U.T. Health Science Center at San Antonio, he completed a dual research fellowship in Neurobehavior and Geriatric Psychiatry at U.C.L.A. Dr. Gray is a past-president of the Texas Geriatrics Society, and has authored numerous scientific articles and book chapters. Voted annually by his peers to the "BEST DOCTORS IN AMERICA" list, Dr. Gray has received awards for his teaching, and he lectures on a wide range of topics pertaining to optimal care for the elderly. Dr. Gray’s clinical and educational interests include improved clinical diagnosis and treatment methods for victims of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Dr. Gray is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, originally with added qualifications in Geriatric Psychiatry, and is happily married to Dr. Halina Luszczynska, also a geriatric psychiatrist. He enjoys reading, sports and collects Neurology and Psychiatry medical books.
