Mobola Kukoyi, MD, MPH

Mobola Kukoyi, MD, MPH is a board-certified emergency physician with national and global experience in emergency care and public health. She also has an engaging media presence and has been featured as a health expert on radio, podcasts and digital articles. Her areas of expertise include medical education, healthcare consulting, and program implementation. She is passionate about disseminating medical information to public audiences, global health, capacity building and medical innovation.
Dr. Kukoyi received her medical degree from Duke University and completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology with honors at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Prior to pursuing a medical education, Dr. Kukoyi received her Master of Public Health Degree at the same institution. She is currently an Attending Physician at Carle Foundation Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine.
