SUMMARY PROFILE
A distinguished Social and Natural Gas Engineer, who has been honoured, nationally and internationally for excellence and contribution to the growth and development of the Nigerian economy. With over 35years experience from both the public and private sector, Engr. Osezua championed the development of the Nigeria’s gas policies, the positioning of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as a mega-national corporation through his efforts as the Team Leader of the Capitalization Reorganization and Commercialization (CRC) project, and the making a reality of the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Company (NLNG) by championing technology selection through his minority report as a member of the NLNG Technical Advisory Committee of the Board .
An astute professional and manager, Engr. Osezua pioneered Nigeria's gas distribution efforts, through Gaslink; Nigeria's first Gas Distribution Company, the pioneer manager of the Gas Division of NNPC/NAPIMS, and a member of several joint operation committees of Joint Venture companies; including Shell Petroleum Development Company, AGIP, Total, Exxon-Mobil, etc. He was the first Nigerian to be appointed to the Board of the Policy Research Commission of the International Gas Union (IGU).
As a social engineer, Charles Osezua have been involved in the promotion and development of a numberof educational and formational institutions: including the Educational Corporation Society (ECS), Lagos Business School (LBS) and Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI). As a married counsellor and trained Therapists, Engr. Osezua has been involved in the design and development of wellness programmes including the Married Couples Relationship Programme, the Work Life Integration Programme etc. He is an advocate of parental involvement in the education of their children. Engr.Osezua has been involved in a lot of remediation education and character formation for youths.

CONTRIBUTION TO PROFESSION AND NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
✓ Energy Policy Modeling – As leader of the team, championed the efforts at developing Nigeria gas pricing policy using in-house models, lead the first national gas market survey which developed the
first national gas transmission systems, and which has since remained the backbone for the natural gas master plan (1986 - 1988).
✓ Strategic planning and change management – Judged overall best candidate in the Arthur Anderson & Co. Strategic course, was appointed the team leader to manage the change programme in NNPC
(1988 – 1989)
✓ Managed the process for the establishment and takeoff of the upstream subsidiaries of the NNPC including Engineering, Nigerian Gas Company, NPDC, IDSL and NETCO. As the leader of the Taskforce,
he pioneered the establishment of the gas division of NAPIMS.
✓ Established Gaslink; Nigeria’s pioneer gas utility company. I designed and managed the constructionand installation of gas distribution facilities in Lagos, Nigeria.
✓ Provision of engineering and management services to industries through Linkso Nigeria Limited; an indigenous company established in 1994 and conferred with ISO 9001 Certificate by SON in 2002 in
recognition from the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for excellent quality in Engineering and Technical Services in the Oil & Gas industry, which have contributed to the growth and sustenance of the economy.

Responsibilities
Charles is the co-founder and promoter of the Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI). IWFI is a non-governmental, not- for- profit organization (NGO). A research training and advocacy institution with the aim of finding solution to conflicts occasioned the socio-demographic shifts in the workplace with a view to creating Better Families, Better Businesses, and Better Society.
Charles Osezua has applied his knowledge and experience in the design of the curriculum of several programmes: Marriage Counsellors Training Programme, Work Life Integration Programme for Corporate organizations, the Married Couples Relationship Programme and Rekindle the Spark in your marriage series. Charles also facilitates the family programmes of the Executive Programmes at Lagos Business School, showing the productivity and health benefits of integrating the family with work by applying the principles which apply in business to the family hence ensuring success in both.
