Naphtali Odongo, MPH
Naphtali Odongo has over a decade of experience in patient and community healthcare operations. He has 8 years of US Navy active duty service, most of which were in fast paced,
agile public health and disaster relief leadership roles. He served as project manager in epidemiology, environmental and occupational health divisions on both ashore and abroad
assignments. Naphtali has also worked at World Health Organization’s (WHO) Global Influenza Programme Department in Geneva, Switzerland. During his time at WHO, he analyzed and
reported data, reviewed data utility platforms and helped create a country-level data reporting Tool.
Naphtali has a Masters of Public Health degree from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Maryland. He is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
