Katherine is a mission-driven leader who plays an essential role in the successful progress and growth of informatics programs. She directs and administers programs with complete administrative and programmatic responsibility. She is able to work a problem through in real time for faculty, students, administrators, and constituents, including creative work arounds for difficult situations, and able to navigate challenging infrastructures to secure the right outcome. Katherine is an expert in execution and delivery and always supremely constituent-oriented.
Katherine provides exceptional leadership and administrative management in the areas of Department Administration, Strategic Development and Planning, Operational Oversight, Lab Administration, Human Resources, Space and Facilities, Seminars and Conference Planning, Programmatic Development, Outreach, Recruitment, and Academic Administration Development and Oversight.
