Catherine has been in clinical leadership at UT Southwestern for 10 years, and has overseen daily operations of three separate radiation oncology sites.  She manages clinical operation improvement initiatives, staff competencies, department report and billing processes. Catherine has helped to establish SBRT protocols and policies regarding clinical workflows. Her work also includes quality assurance programs in both the clinical and safety environments.
