ForwardDeepthi Thotakura
Dr. Thotakura earned her medical degree at Texas A&M Health Science Center. She completed a residency in internal medicine and received advanced training in hematology and oncology through a fellowship at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center.
She joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2021.
Dr. Thotakura is a member of the Texas Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. She has performed both basic and clinical research and has written several academic publications. Her interests include quality improvement and medical education.
